Job Description

We're hiring an in-office transaction coordinator who is professional, highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized to assist our growing real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including but not limited to providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and loves working with people.   • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Working as part of the team while completing various admin-related tasks outside of transactions to achieve goals
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
